Hugs Not Drugs is the theme of a special drug education program presented at school assemblies for students in grades Kindergarten through Six. The assemblies present anti-drug messages in a format that is compatible with young children's ability to learn.
And they are fun, too. The program's mascot, Huggie Bear, is an important part of every assembly. This lovable character is a symbol for the B.E.A.R. Drug Programs Foundation. Huggie Bear reminds children to Be Educated, Aware and Responsible.
